Show With Tony Sheridan

Hi Friends,It's 4:15 am here in Germany.I want to share something with you. I just got back from playing with Tony Sheridan tonight here in Germany. Tony was the The First to play with The Beatles back in 1961 recorded "My Bonnie" and is a legend of Rock n Roll scene. I was invited to play guitar with him in concert near Koblenz. It was really a special night for all there especially me.. The German TV filmed it and we got some great photos coming which I will post on my site in the next days.The audience was wonderful. He was also the man who introduced Ringo Starr to the other Beatles and they then fired Pete Best and took Ringo as their drummer.The rest is history. An historic milestone in my career. Thanks for all your support and I hope to see you on my tour of the States and Europe next year.

Changed my Name!

I was born in Germany with the name Jürgen Schildmann. This a good German  name and I´m proud of it! But whenever I play for English-speaking people, I find, that they that they can´t say it. So from now on I´m using my stage name "Greyhound George" for  my solo performances!
